The mosquito net only prevents mosquitoes and other flying insects. It doesn’t protect against lizards or cockroaches due to the gaps between the net and the track. The net might also get dislodged from the track by strong winds.
The mesh, however, is sturdier, able to withstand 60-80kg. It’s able to protect against lizards, cockroaches, mosquitoes and other flying insects and it’s safe for children and pets.
They’re both made of polyester, so they’re water resistant but not waterproof. It’s not advised to wash them with water as it might damage them over time.
The mesh is made of nylon, so it’s able to be washed. You’ll be shown how to remove the mesh from the frame on site, but it’s not recommended to remove it frequently to wash it, as repeated removals might damage the clip and make it unable to be put back on the frame.
We will charge you for a replacement if it happens.
No, rain can still enter through the net or mesh.
No. The net and mesh both have holes where ants can crawl through.
Yes, the cat mesh can act as a mosquito net as well as prevent lizards from entering.

Wind can’t pass through the blinds, though it’s recommended to use the blinds while the windows are closed.

Our main supplier is from China, but the manufacturing is done in a factory here in Singapore. Fabrication and amendments/replacements will be done here in Singapore.
Yes, it does support Google Home and it comes with a remote as well.
If the motorized blinds are damaged, the whole assembly might need to be replaced. However, you can still manually pull open the blinds.

For a replacement of the blinds/net/mesh , it depends on how big or small your window is. We will let you know once we go on site for measurements.

Replacement of the blinds if they're damaged is estimated to be $200 + $50 transport.
Yes, each grille or blind/curtain removal is $50 per area.
No. The rubbish chute mesh costs $260, including installation. We will schedule the installation at your address or jobsite once it is ready.
We are not registered for GST yet and the price quoted includes installation.
Installation
We will drill into the wall to see if it's possible during on site assessment. If not, we will screw it direct from our frame to your window frame. We will be using tape first, then screw it in and use silicone.
Only if you’re not replacing window or doing any plastering works around your window area. We can enter to measure once you’ve collected your keys as our fabrication lead time is 4-5weeks and we will install it before you do your cleaning before your handover date.
No obstructions to the windows like carpentry/partition/plastering works.
As main gates and doors have handles or a digital lock, we might not be able to install them there. Unless yours doesn’t have a main gate, then it's possible.
Once you confirm that the estimated pricing fits within your budget, you can provide us with your full name and address so that we can schedule an on-site measurement.
After we send you the invoice and receive your 50% deposit if you've chosen to make a deposit, fabrication will take approximately 4–5 weeks.
Once the product is ready, we will arrange the installation with you.
It depends if there's a gap between your window and the grille. You can send us photos of any gaps between your windows and grilles.
For the mesh, if client doesn't want to remove the grill but still wants to protect their cats, we still can install it over the grille, but it won't be able to prevent mosquitoes anymore as there’s still the gap in between the window and the grill.
We will need to see if there’s at least 38mm of clearance for the blinds & net or 47mm of clearance for the mesh.
If your window is a casement swing out window, there will probably need to be a 20mm double frame to clear the window handle in order for the blinds/net/mesh to not hit it when sliding.

We can install an invisible grille with full framing and then install our blinds/net/mesh over it.

We don't have this combination in a single track as the blinds and mesh use different systems for their tracks.
However, we can install the blinds first and then the mesh over it. But the total thickness will be 38mm + 47mm = 85mm+-. If you can accept this thickness, then we'll do it up for you.
If your window is a casement window and needs to add a double frame, it will add an additional 20mm to the frame thickness. The total will be 20m + 38mm + 47mm = 105mm+-.
No, There isn't any need to add a double frame for most sliding windows. But if you have a long handle that protrudes out from the window, then we have to add a double frame.
No. After the installation of our product, the grill can’t be installed back on.
Maintenance
They're able to be cleaned using a vacuum/Ikea lint roller/magic clean duster.
Note: It's not advisable to use a wet cloth to clean the blinds or net as it will leave behind lint or "cloth hair" due to the fibers getting loosened when wet.
No, our frame is made of aluminium and it will not rust.
The blinds are made of polyester with a sheet of aluminium foil inside to help reduce heat.
Honeycomb blinds typically can last for 5 to 15 years with proper care, depending on the quality of materials, usage, and maintenance.
There is a warranty of 1 year for the mechanism only.
We will conduct a quality check (QC) on-site after installation, unless the blind or net is intentionally cut with a sharp object or burned. Otherwise, it will not be damaged.
The mesh is also scratch-resistant and cat-proof, so it won't be damaged.
